(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032) Sec. 185. License and recovery permit surrender. Upon the revocation or suspension of any license or recovery permit, the license holder or recovery permit holder shall immediately surrender the license or recovery permit to the Commission. If the license holder or recovery permit holder fails to do so, then the Commission has the right to seize the license or recovery permit.
