(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032) Sec. 175. Order; certified copy. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Commission, shall be prima facie proof: (a) that the seal is the genuine seal of the Commission; and (b) that the Commission is duly appointed and qualified.
