(1) The provisions of section 24-34-104, concerning the termination schedule for regulatory bodies of the state unless extended as provided in that section, are applicable to the division and the commission created by this part 3. (2) This part 3 is repealed, effective September 1, 2027. Before its repeal, the functions of the division and commission are scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104.
