(1) Every applicant for license by examination shall submit written evidence, verified by oath, and satisfactory to the board that the applicant: (a) Has not committed an act that would be grounds for disciplinary action against a licensee under this article 295; (b) Has completed a four-year high school course or the equivalent thereof; and (c) Has completed and received a diploma from the required approved psychiatric technician education program.
