Definitions

As used in this subchapter: (1) "Methanol" means the products commonly known as methanol and methyl alcohol, wood alcohol, wood naphtha, methyl hydroxide, and methyl hydrate; and (2) "Person" means natural persons, partnerships, associations, and corporations.
