Any person violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined any sum not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200). Acts 1931, No. 165, § 5; Pope's Dig., § 3457; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1305.
