Insuring powers

(a) A reciprocal insurer, upon qualifying therefor as provided for by the Arkansas Insurance Code, may transact any kinds of insurance defined by the Arkansas Insurance Code, other than life or title insurances. (b) Such an insurer may purchase reinsurance, and may grant reinsurance as to any kind of insurance it is authorized to transact. Acts 1959, No. 148, § 513; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-4304.
