A reciprocal insurer shall: (1) Have and use a business name. The name shall include the word "reciprocal", "interinsurer", "interinsurance", "exchange", "underwriters", or "underwriting"; and (2) Sue and be sued in its own name. Acts 1959, No. 148, § 514; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-4305.
