(a) All authorized reciprocal insurers shall be governed by those sections of this chapter not expressly made applicable to domestic reciprocals. (b) Existing authorized reciprocal insurers shall comply with the provisions of this chapter after January 1, 1960. Acts 1959, No. 148, § 512; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-4303.
