(a) If an applicant fails or refuses to cooperate in obtaining criminal history checks, such circumstances shall be grounds to deny or revoke the applicant's certification. (b) Any applicant failing to comply with this subchapter shall be denied certification or recertification until such time compliance is made with this subchapter. Acts 1999, No. 666, §§ 4, 7.
