(a) The Identification Bureau of the Division of Arkansas State Police shall maintain an index of the results of each applicant's criminal history check. (b) The Division of Emergency Medical Services shall develop forms that are approved by the bureau to be used for criminal history checks conducted under this subchapter. (c) The Division of Emergency Services shall develop and maintain a database of determinations regarding applicants. Acts 1999, No. 666, § 6; 2011, No. 627, § 2.
