Arkansas-licensed emergency medical services personnel shall notify the Division of Emergency Medical Services of any conviction of or plea of guilty or nolo contendere to any offenses listed in § 20-13-1106(a) within ten (10) calendar days after the conviction or guilty plea or plea of nolo contendere.
