Wastewater Licensing Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Wastewater Licensing Fund". (b) (1) The fund shall consist of examination, license, and license renewal fees as set out in § 8-5-209 . (2) The fund shall be used only for the administration of § 8-5-201 et seq. Acts 1999, No. 1463, § 24.
