Arkansas Agricultural Marketing Grants Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Arkansas Agricultural Marketing Grants Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of the fees specified by § 19-6-839(b) and such moneys as may be provided by law, there to be used for making payments of grants to eligible Arkansas wineries with respect to the purchase of grapes, fruits, berries, or vegetables produced in this state and purchased for use in this state for the production of wine.
