All moneys received by the Information Network of Arkansas from gifts, donations, grants, or any other sources available by law shall be deposited into the State Treasury and credited to the Information Network of Arkansas Fund, which is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State until expended or otherwise exhausted pursuant to the Information Network of Arkansas Act, § 25-27-101 et seq. Acts 1995, No. 1139, § 6.
