30-684. Conflicting ordinances by municipality or county Ordinances, resolutions or regulations, now or hereafter in effect, of the governing body of a municipality or county or board of health relating to sources of radiation shall not be superseded by this chapter, provided, such ordinances or regulations are and continue to be consistent with the provisions of this chapter, amendments thereto and rules and regulations thereunder.
