30-686. Appeal; hearing A person who is denied licensure or registration under article 2 of this chapter or who is denied an exception from licensure or registration under article 2 of this chapter may appeal the denial by making a written request for a hearing pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 10. The department shall give notice of such an action pursuant to tile 41, chapter 6, article 10, and the notice shall state the person's right to make a written request for a hearing.
