In this chapter: (1) “Bail” means monetary conditions of release. (2m) “Serious harm” means any of the following: (a) Personal physical pain or injury, illness, any impairment of physical condition, or death, including mental anguish or emotional harm attendant to the personal physical pain or injury, illness, or death. (b) Damage to property over $2,500 in value. (c) Economic loss over $2,500 in value. (3) “Violent crime” means any of the following: (a) A crime specified under s. 940.01, 940.02, 940.03, 940.05, 940.06, 940.07, 940.08, 940.09 (1) , 940.10, 940.11, 940.12, 940.21, 940.225 (1), (2), or (3), 940.23, 940.235, 940.24, 940.25, 940.285, 940.29, 940.30, 940.302 (2), 940.305, 940.31, 940.32, 940.43, 940.45, 940.60, 940.61, 940.62, 940.65, 940.66 (2) or (3), 941.20, 941.21, 941.28, 941.2905, 941.292, 941.30, 941.327, 941.38 (2) or (3), 941.39, 943.01 (2) (c) , 943.011, 943.013, 943.02, 943.04, 943.06, 943.10, 943.231 (1) or (2), 943.30, 943.32, 943.87, 946.43, 947.013, 947.015, 947.016, 948.02 (1) or (2), 948.025, 948.03 (2), (3), or (5), 948.04, 948.05, 948.051, 948.055, 948.06, 948.07, 948.072, 948.08, 948.085, 948.095, 948.30 (2) , 948.55, 951.02, 951.08, or 951.09 or s. 940.19 (1), 2023 stats., s. 940.19 (2), 2023 stats., s. 940.19 (4), 2023 stats., s. 940.19 (5), 2023 stats., s. 940.19 (6), 2023 stats., s. 940.195 (1), 2023 stats., s. 940.195 (2), 2023 stats., s. 940.195 (4), 2023 stats., s. 940.195 (5), 2023 stats., s. 940.195 (6), 2023 stats., s. 940.198 (2), 2023 stats., s. 940.198 (3), 2023 stats., s. 940.20, 2023 stats., s. 940.201 (2), 2023 stats., s. 940.203 (2), 2023 stats., s. 940.204, 2023 stats., s. 940.205 (2), 2023 stats., s. 940.207 (2), 2023 stats., or s. 940.208, 2023 stats. (b) A felony violation of s. 941.26. (c) A violation of s. 813.12, 813.122, or 813.125. (d) The solicitation, conspiracy, or attempt, under s. 939.30, 939.31, or 939.32, to commit a Class A felony. (e) A violation to which a penalty enhancer specified in s. 939.621 or 939.63 (1) may be applied.
