Wisconsin Code § 757.52

Guardian ad litem for persons not in being or unascertainable

In any action or proceeding the court may
appoint a guardian ad litem for persons not in being or presently
unascertainable, if the court has reason to believe that such appointment is necessary to protect the interests of such persons.
