Wisconsin Code § 700.28

Prohibiting unreasonable restrictions on alienation of property

(1) In this section, “political subdivision” means a city, village, town, or county.
(2) A political subdivision may not prohibit or unreasonably
restrict a real property owner from alienating any interest in the
real property.
