Parent’s right to know

Every parent, guardian, or
legal custodian of a child who is receiving care and supervision,
or of a child who is a prospective recipient of care and supervision, from a child care center that holds a license under s. 48.65
(1) or a probationary license under s. 48.69 has the right to know
certain information about the child care center that would aid the
parent, guardian, or legal custodian in assessing the quality of
care and supervision provided by the child care center.
