(2) JEFFERSON COUNTY. That part of Jefferson County consisting of all of the following: (a) The town of Cold Spring. (b) That part of the city of Whitewater located in the county. (3) ROCK COUNTY. That part of Rock County consisting of all of the following: (a) The towns of Fulton, Harmony, Johnstown, Lima, and Milton. (b) The city of Milton.
