In this subchapter: (1) “Board” means the distance learning authorization board. (2) “Other jurisdiction” or “another jurisdiction” means any state of the United States other than Wisconsin, any foreign country, the District of Columbia, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or any territory or possession of the United States.
