In determining a student’s total cost of attending a postsecondary institution for the purpose of calculating the amount of a grant under s. 39.30, 39.38, 39.435 or 39.44, the board shall include the following: (1) The cost of tuition, fees, books and educational supplies. (2) Miscellaneous expenses, as determined by the board. (3) The cost of child care, as determined by the board.
