(1) DIVISION OF HEARINGS AND APPEALS. There is created a division of hearings and appeals which is attached to the department of administration under s. 15.03. The administrator of the division shall be appointed by the secretary of administration in the classified service. (1g) DIVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES. There is created in the department of administration a division of legal services. (1m) DIVISION OF GAMING. There is created in the department of administration a division of gaming. (4) DIVISION OF TRUST LANDS AND INVESTMENTS. There is created a division of trust lands and investments which is attached to the department of administration under s. 15.03. This division is under the direction and supervision of the board of commissioners of public lands. (5) DIVISION OF ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY. There is created in the department of administration a division of enterprise technology. (6m) DIVISION OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT. There is created in the department of administration a division of personnel management. The administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the secretary of administration.
