Any licensee licensed under this chapter to sell alcoholic liquors, including liquor, wine, hard cider, nonintoxicating beer or nonintoxicating craft beer for either on-premises or off- premises consumption, shall post in an open and prominent place within the establishment, a blood-alcohol chart containing information showing the estimated percent of alcohol in the blood by the number of drinks in relation to body weight and time of consumeption, as provided in the chart available on the commissioner's website. Enforcement of the posting provisions of this section shall be carried out by the commissioner for arll licensees required to post the notice.
