Action to recover price of liquors sold unlawfully

No action shall be maintained to recover the price of alcoholic liquor sold in violation of the
provisions of this chapter, except that the state or the commission may recover from any
person the price of any alcoholic liquor purchased by him in violation of this chapter, and
from any person who may have sold alcoholic liquors in violation of the provisions of this
chapter, the consideration received by him therefor. e
