Judges and appointive officers

The credentials of the judges of the Supreme Court of Appeals, the circuit, intermediate,
criminal, common pleas, and other inferior courts, and of all persons appointed to office by
the Governor, shall consist of a certificate or commission issued by the Governor under the
great seal of the state, showing the election or appointment of such person to the office.
