Judges' retirement fund created; composition

As a part of the judges' retirement system, there is hereby created a Judges' Retirement
Fund which shall be made up of and into which shall be paid
(a) Percentage contributions from salaries of judges as provided in section four of this
article;
(b) Gifts and bequests to the fund and any accretions and accumulations which may properly
be paid into and become a part of the fund;
(c) Specific appropriations to the fund made by the Legislature of the State of West Virginia
and by any county court or courts of the state;
(d) Interest on the investment of any part or parts of thae fund;
(e) Any other moneys, available and not otherwise expended, which may be appropriated or
transferred to the fund.
