West Virginia Code § 49-4-904

Enticing child from custody; penalties

A person who personally or by agent entices or forcibly removes a child from a custody in
which the child was placed under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction shall be fined not more than $100, or confined in jail not more than six months, or
fined and confined.
