Confidentiality of disclosed information

Information disclosed under this part 2 is confidential and may not be made available to any
person for any purpose other than the adjudication, appeal, modification or enforcement of
judgment of an action affecting the family of the disclosing parties. The court shall include in
any order compelling disclosure of assets such provisions as the court considers necessary to
preserve the confidentiality of the information ordered disclosed. e
