(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the information acquired by any registry may not be disclosed under any sunshine or freedom of information legislation, rules or practice. (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no person, group of persons, or entity, including an agency, may file a class action to force the registry to disclose identifying information.
