Vacancies; interim Bureau for Child Support enforcement attorney

(a) If the position of Bureau for Child Support enforcement attorney becomes vacant for any
reason, the commissioner shall appoint a person to the position of Bureau for Child Support
enforcement attorney not later than six months after the vacancy occurs.
(b) If necessary, the commissioner may appoint an interim Bureau for Child Support
enforcement attorney to serve for not longer than six months until a Bureau for Child
Support enforcement attorney is appointed pursuant to this section.
