In addition to any other offense set forth in this code, any person, platform provider, or licensee that knowingly obtains or assists another person in obtaining an online raffle license or platform provider license under false, deceptive, or fraudulent pretenses is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $10,000. e
