Fraud; penalties

In addition to any other offense set forth in this code, any person, platform provider, or
licensee that knowingly conducts or participates in a fraudulently or deceptively conducted,
or administered online raffle with intent to defraud is guilty of a felony, and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $10,000, or imprisoned in a
correctional facility not less than one, nor more than five years, or both fineed and
imprisoned.
