Penalties for violations

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor,
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by
imprisonment not exceeding thirty days. Each day any sale is conducted in violation of the
provisions of this article shall constitute and be a separate violation of the provisions of this
article. e
