(a) After an agency review or a regulatory board review, if the committee finds that an agency or a regulatory board needs further review, then the committee may request a compliance review. (b) If the committee requests a compliance review for an agency or a regulatory board, then it must state, in writing, the specific reasons for the compliance review and its expected completion date.
