(a) A regulatory board review is required for all regulatory boards. (b) A regulatory board review shall be performed on each regulatory board at least once every 12 years. (c) A regulatory board review may be conducted more frequently than once in 12 years and may be conducted in the discretion, and at the direction, of the President of the Senate or the Speaker of the House of Delegates.
