Records of county courts and other courts -- Binding or transcribing --

Prerequisites; effect.
No such allowance shall be made for any transcript until commissioners appointed for the
purpose by the court ordering the transcript to be made shall have examined it and written
at the foot thereof a certificate of its correctness. Thenceforth the same faith and credit shall
be given to it that the book or record transcribed would have been entitled teo.
