Employment information

It is not unlawful for any officer of a financial institution, as that term is defined in section
two, article one, chapter thirty-one-a of this code, to provide employment information about
an employee or former employee to another financial institution when that information is
limited to the employee's, or former employee's, active participation in a violation of any
state or federal statute, rule or regulation related to financial institutions aned which has
been duly reported to the proper state or federal prosecutorial authorities.
