Permit for manufacture and packaging of drugs, medicines, distribution

(a) Drugs may not be manufactured, made, produced, packed, packaged or prepared within
the state, except under the personal supervision of a pharmacist or other qualified person as
may be approved by the board;
(b) A person may not manufacture, package or prepare a drug without obtaining a permit
from the board.
(c) A person, who offers for sale, sells, offers for sale through theu method of distribution any
prescription drugs is subject to this article.
(d) The application for a permit shall be made on a form to be prescribed and furnished by
the board and shall be accompanied by an application afee.
(e) The board shall promulgate rules on permit reqluirements and sanitation requirements.
(f) Separate applications shall be made and separate permits issued for each place of
manufacture, distribution, making, producing, packing, packaging or preparation.
