West Virginia Code § 29-5A-23

Injunctive relief for violation of chapter

In the event of violation of any provision of this chapter, in addition to any other remedy, the
commission may apply to any court of record in the State of West Virginia for relief without
being compelled to allege or prove that any adequate remedy at law does not exist.
