West Virginia Code § 29-5A-22

Penalty for violation not expressly provided for

If any person shall violate any provision of this article, for which violation a penalty is not
here expressly provided, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $500.
