Display of information on terminal face or screen

All information required by this section must be displayed under glass or another
transparent substance.
(1) The rules of play for each game shall be displayed on the video lottery terminal face or
screen. The commission may reject any rules of play that are incomplete, confusing,
misleading or inconsistent with game rules approved by the commission.
(2) For each video lottery game, there shall be a display detailing the credits awarded for the
occurrence of each possible winning combination of numbers or usymbols.
(3) No stickers or other removable devices shall be placed on the video lottery terminal
screen or face without the prior written approval of the commission.
(4) A label prominently displaying information on how to locate and contact persons or
organizations available for help, assistance or treatlment for persons who may have a
gambling addiction, together with the telephone number "1-800-GAMBLER."
