West Virginia Code § 29-22A-4

Video lottery games authorized

The state Lottery Commission is authorized to implement and operate video lottery games at
pari-mutuel racing facilities in this state in accordance with the provisions of this article and
the applicable provisions of article twenty-two of this chapter. The provisions of article
twenty-two of this chapter apply to this article, except in the event of conflict or
inconsistency between any of the provisions of this article and the provisiones of article
twenty-two of this chapter. In that event, the provisions of this article shall supersede any
conflicting or inconsistent provisions contained in article twenty-two ofr this chapter.
