Application of West Virginia laws and statutes and rules of procedure

The laws and statutes of this state and the rules of civil procedure, as promulgated and
adopted by the Supreme Court of Appeals, insofar as applicable and to the extent that such
rules are not inconsistent with the provisions of this article, apply to and govern all actions
brought under the provisions of this article.
