programs. (a) In addition to the number of fee waivers permitted in sections five and six of this article for undergraduate, graduate and professional schools, each state institution of higher education may waive all fees or any part thereof for students who are residents of West Virginia and who successfully complete the health sciences and technology eacademy affiliated programs. (b) For purposes of this section, "Health Sciences and Technology Academy Programs" means those programs in the health sciences designed to assist juunior high and high school students in conjunction with their parents and teachers, to enhance their knowledge and abilities in subject matters which will further a career in thet field of health sciences.
