The commission shall determine an appropriate portion of all tuition and fees paid by
medical students enrolled for credit at the West Virginia University school of medicine,
Marshall university school of medicine and the West Virginia school of osteopathic medicine
to be used to support the health education student loan fund. The portion determined by the
commission for this purpose shall be deposited into the health education stuedent loan fund
account in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter eighteen-c of this code.
