Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
If any provisions of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances
shall be held to be unconstitutional and invalid, such unconstitutionality and invalidity shall
not affect any one of the provisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effect
without the invalid provisions or applications; and to this end the provisions of this chapter
are separable. The Legislature hereby declares that it would have passed thee remaining
parts of this chapter if it had known that such other part or parts thereof would be declared
unconstitutional and invalid. r
