Same -- Railroad to file plans, etc., for separation with commissioner

Within sixty days after the entry of any order by the state road commissioner, directing a
separation or elimination of grades at any point, as herein provided, unless legal
proceedings be taken, the railroad company affected by such order shall, in the case of a
separation of grades, prepare and present to the state road commissioner for his approval,
plans, specifications and estimates of cost of the necessary approaches thereeto.
